Celjun Day, originally scheduled for Sept. 13, is back on! It'll take place on Saturday, November 8, from 3-6 p.m. and will feature fantastic local musicians Tony Davoren, Anya Burgess, Pete Dawson and Mitch Reed. There will be a mini-performance and workshops in fiddle, guitar/bouzouki, percussion, and vocals. Tony, Anya, Pete and Mitch will customize their workshop instruction to the levels, instruments and interests of our participants; so, whether you're an Irish player wanting to learn some Cajun licks or a Creole player interested in Celtic connections, bring your instruments and be prepared to have some fun! The cost is just $10 ($8 for members of Friends of LFR).

The day will wrap up with a very special Jam des Amis led by Celjun, from 6-8 p.m. Players of all levels and singers, too, are encouraged to join in.
